Sabrina's Brochure Spotlight: Six Flags Over Texas 1999

This week Sabrina's Brochure Spotlight features the Six Flags Over Texas 1999 brochure.

1999 saw the addition of the very popular Batman The Ride coaster to the park. The B&M Inverted ride may be a clone, but it's an awesome one!

This Batman was the last one to be placed into a Six Flags park. (New, at least. Six Flags New Orleans' was used)

The park's 3-D motion theater was showing Escape From Dino Island in 1999 as well.

Six Flags over Texas is high on my list of Six Flags parks I want to visit or revisit. Such a wide variety of rides and attractions. The park doesn't skew toward big rides or just family stuff, it's a great blend of both.

That said they do have some great coasters, though! Again a lot of variety can be found here as well, from the somewhat tame indoor ride Runaway Mountain, to the towering Titan.

Texan parks put an emphasis on their live entertainment, I've noticed. Six Flags Over Texas is no different in that respect.

Thanks to Sabrina for another great brochure this week!
